there was too much scratches at the back and a big scratch in front but when i asked my seller for a refund or exchange he refused. t dont like what i purchased at all

Beware, some of the sellers on Amazon are advertising they have the more popular, more expensive 2nd generation ipod touch's for sale. We bought one and it is most certainly not a 2nd generation ipod touch, it is the cheaper 3rd generation ipod touch.
Ask the seller directly for confirmation before you pay MORE for a 3rd gen ipod than you can get one in a local shop for.
Ipod touches are brilliant though, almost like a mini-laptop. I am very pleased with the item, but annoyed at the tricks some sellers use to sell their stock quicker.
